NewsGush: Katie Waissel Remains In The X Factor After Cheryl Refuses To Vote
Oh Crikey! Outrage, confusion and despair in The X Factor Sunday show last night. Stuck once again in the bottom two (alongside another regular, Treyc Cohen), Katie Waissel begged her way to survival by dropping to the floor and begging the judges to keep her in during her last number.
Somehow, it worked.
After a remarkably flat Saturday night episode (WWM review coming later, enthusiasts), Sunday’s show featured a performance from forgotten winner Shane Ward who is apparently ‘big in Asia’ as well as a run through the new single from singing, Kylie Minogue. That’s Dannii’s sister, in case the name doesn’t ring a bell.
And then it was time for the sing off after Wagner gloriously kept his place in the competition.
Katie went first and defended her place with a howling version of Please Don’t Give Up On Me, giving up on the actual lyrics and flopping to the floor, wailing the song title before Treyc, clearly emotional, gave Unbreak My Heart a go and went a little flat, in places.
This week’s manufactured controversy began when Cheryl Cole refused to vote out either of her two acts. Simon and Louis opted for Katie, for their own no doubt twisted reasons and Dannii gave Treyc a lifeline...

Too sensationalised
I personally think that this article is far too sensationalised. It could be written in a much more objective way. Discuss and suggest improvements.
Remember to use quotes to back up your opinions and also use a range of punctuation.

Oh Crikey! Outrage, confusion and despair in The X Factor Sunday show last night.this is proof that this is not a proper report in my liking.
Abdilah- Guest
To much
I think this is to sensational because the journilist don't know the impact that this is going to have on Cheryl,i think that she should have voted but it was to emotional for her because of what happend between her and Gamu.Cheryl said " Am not going to vote it's to hard." So the reporters should have spoke to Cheryl first.
